The article “Multilingual videos for MOOCs and OER“, by Juan Daniel Valor Miró and other MLLP members, has been published in the March 2018 issue of the Journal of Educational Technology and Society.
MLLP director Alfons Juan was invited to give a talk about the MLLP’s recent work on automatic multilingual subtitling of video lectures at the Open Universiteit Nederland on 20 July. Read here more about it.
The MLLP has released version 3.2 of the transLectures-UPV Platform (TLP) for the management of automated transcription and translation technologies in MOOC and media repositories. This new version refines and consolidates TLP’s features for the management of multilingual media subtitling, text-to-speech synthesis, text document translation, and multilingual website translation.
Multilingual website translation is the main new feature added in version 3.1 of the open source transLectures-UPV Platform (TLP) for the integration of automated transcription and translation technologies into media repositories, just released by the MLLP research group. You can watch here our new video demonstration to see how it works.
